If you would like to explore the possibility of embarking upon counselling I offer an assessment consultation to meet and explore your issues and decide whether we want to work together.  Our first appointment is for one and a half hours, of which the first half an hour is free of charge. This is an opportunity for you and I to meet, discuss your needs and expectations, and decide if we both wish to proceed with subsequent sessions. 

 

If you do decide to work with me, a contract to work together will be offered with regular sessions of an hour which usually takes place on a weekly basis.  The total number of sessions will depend on your individual requirements.
